These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LittleBoxes.ai (the "Service"). Please read them carefully before using the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

LittleBoxes.ai is a web application that allows users to design custom storage boxes and export them as STL files for 3D printing. Features, functionality, and availability of the Service may change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in all locations.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@littleboxes.ai if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are inactive for an extended period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• Upload or generate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or harmful;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or supporting infrastructure;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service, including via automated scraping, denial-of-service activity, or excessive requests;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service except where expressly permitted by law;
• Resell, rent, or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying technology, is owned by LittleBoxes.ai and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of our intellectual property to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. User Generated Content

You retain ownership of the box designs, configurations, and other content you create using the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant LittleBoxes.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for your User Content and for the consequences of sharing or printing it.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that any STL file produced by the Service will be suitable for printing on your equipment, will be free of geometric defects, or will produce a part that fits any intended use. You are solely responsible for inspecting and validating any output before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LittleBoxes.ai and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
